Problem
Habits stick better with a little accountability, but most trackers are either solitary or turn into social feeds.
Approach
Answer two questions only: your habits for today, and your friends' progress today. Friends can see habit names and completion, and nothing else.
Implementation
Next.js App Router with Firebase Google sign-in and live Cloud Firestore listeners. Firestore security rules let each person write only their own habits and completions; circle members are read-only, and invite links set up the shared membership.
