  1. Problem

    Small teams that already live in Discord lose track of which projects are moving, which are stuck, and what changed in each repository.

  2. Approach

    Treat each project as a Discord channel that moves through lifecycle categories (Ideation, Development, Deployment, Archive), and keep a dashboard in sync automatically.

  3. Implementation

    discord.js v14 slash commands with Express, SQLite and EJS. GitHub webhooks post commits into the right project channel, the bot tracks last activity, logs its own actions, and mirrors project state to a Discord dashboard message, a web dashboard, and a sanitised JSON export for a static GitHub Pages dashboard.
